No alcohol or drug tolerance is allowed on our tours. We have the right to breathalyse participants if our guides suspect a participant is under the influence and deny participation in the tour. Participants showing up under the influence are not entitled to a refund.

Refund Policies

- Less than 24-hour notice – No refund
- If canceled with 24-hour notice – Full refund
- No shows and cancellations on location – No refund

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes cannot be applied after a booking has been made. Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and applied before paying.

Pick-up & Drop-off Services

Z Quad Explorer offers pick-up and drop-off services for all tours (for an extra fee). Please call/message us to arrange a pick up based on your location. You are responsible for being on time at least 20 mins early for safety briefing, failing to do may result your booking to be reallocated to a different day/time without refund.

Valid Driving License

For driving, you need to have a valid driving license in your home country. If you are a passenger, you do not need one. Prior on departure, you will sign a liability waiver stating that you have one.

Meeting Us on Location

If you did not purchase pick-up and are planning to meet us on location, please read the voucher carefully as it will give you clear instructions to come to our base camp. If you have internet connectivity on your phone, we recommend typing in Z Quad Explorer in Google Maps. It will take you directly to our base camp. You are responsible for being at our base camp on time. If you are late to our base camp before our departure time, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Assumed Risk in ATV Tours

The ATV tours are undertaken at the responsibility of the participants. Z Quad Explorer does not assume any responsibility for accidents that are caused by its customers or can be traced to their own actions. Participants sign a waiver prior to undertaking all tours stating that they realise that all outdoor motorised activities carry an inherent risk and that they understand the concept of full liability on the participant.
